Goodwill Northern Illinois is launching The Excel Center, a tuition-free high school for adults, opening Fall 2025 in Rockford. We’re seeking dynamic, student-centered teachers to help adult learners earn their high school diploma and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, personalized instruction
• Support diverse learners with flexible teaching strategies
• Use data to drive student success
• Collaborate with staff on curriculum and student growth
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and Illinois teaching license (or eligibility)
• Experience with non-traditional learners preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
