Duties & Qualifications:

• Designs beer coolers based on sales data
• Proficient in sales and computer software
• Sells in new planograms to customers
• Works with shelving to reset coolers
• Works with sales team to grow brands
• Develops plans for a variety of chain gas stations, grocery stores, and liquor stores each spring and fall as part of the annual reset process
• Maintains monthly and quarterly cooler door surveys
• Works with suppliers' space team each year to align space program
• Creates social media posts for LaMonica including portfolio of brands as well as new releases and tap takeovers
• Proficient on handheld for route relief – relief sales routes to be run as needed
• Maintains familiarity with brands, local beverage trends, and customer base
