The Greater Rockford Chamber of Commerce (GRCC), in partnership with Rockford University, is proud to introduce the Institute of Executive Leadership (IEL), a comprehensive professional development program designed to cultivate the region's next generation of executive talent.

Participants will build expertise across a robust curriculum spanning leadership, communication, change management, finance, marketing, and operations, supported by peer mentoring and culminating in a graduation celebration. Through Rockford University, participants can also earn undergraduate or graduate academic credit, making the IEL both a recognized credential and a transformative professional experience.
