The Recorder's office is basically the land records library for all parcels within Winnebago County - We also record military records and corporation records. All information in the office is available for public inspection - For reasons of accuracy in communication, personnel limitations and workload, we do not search information over the telephone. Hours Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
