We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, rehab nursing, and physicians specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Individuals who have had a stroke, amputation, brain injury, neurological disorder, trauma, or spinal cord injury or a debilitating illness are treated by a physician lead interdisciplinary team to achieve the greatest potential for independence and return home. Van Matre Rehabilitation Institute is accredited by the Joint Commission with additional disease specific certification in stroke, spinal cord injury and brain injury rehabilitation.
