The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford was founded in 1983 to provide help and hope to those facing an unplanned pregnancy. Today The Pregnancy Care Center operates one full time center at 4108 Morsay Drive and a mobile medical unit providing free and confidential pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound services, counseling, classes, and a 'baby boutique'. Positive Choices Program educates parents and teens about sexual risk avoidance.
