Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary, Inc. is the 1st no-kill animal shelter in Rockford, Il. Our mission is to provide temporary housing, medical care, and to restore nutritional health to stray, unwanted, and abandoned domestic animals until a 

permanent adoptive home is acquired and to educate the 

community on population control.
