About

I created MullMentum to support leaders as they navigate responsibility and regulation, with focus on the integration of organisational change, neuroscience, and the individual’s lived leadership experience.


With a Ph.D. in Organisational Development and Change, and advanced study in Neuroscience, Positive Psychiatry, and nervous system-informed practices, my work focuses on helping leaders understand not just what they are managing externally, but what is happening internally while they manage it.

So we help folks not just become or grow as leaders, but also how to deal with the stress of being one.


Because leadership is not just cognitive.

It is biological.

It is relational.

It is deeply personal.

And the weight of leadership is invisible…until it isn’t.
