Ches is a leadership development consultant, trainer, and founder of Kingdom Global Advisors. She brings more than 17 years of combined experience across life coaching, professional training, supportive counseling, community support management, leadership development, and behavioral health. Ches holds an MBA, has completed doctoral coursework in Organizational Leadership through the dissertation stage, and is currently a PhD candidate in Christian Leadership – Faith-Based Consulting at Liberty University. Her work focuses on strengthening the person behind the role through identity, character, judgment, self-mastery, relationships, and responsible leadership under pressure.
