I was born and raised in Rockford, moved around a bit for work and came back in 1999, two years after getting married to my wife Kayla.  We have two kids Ella (20) and Greyson (18).  Ella is a Junior at UW Eau Claire and Greyson is a Senior at Hononegah.

My company is Global Recruiters Network of the Stateline, I am an independent small business owner and the franchise is headquartered in Chicago.  My background is in manufacturing, defense contracting and logistics and I spent over 25 years in those industries with the first part of my career at Camcar and Elco / Textron Fastening Systems in sales and Six Sigma and the second major part of my career as the VP of operations for Defense contractor, SupplyCore Inc. I am a DFSS Blackbelt well versed in DMAIC and Lean.  My approach to recruiting is structured and process oriented and very relationship based.

Over 85% of my business is right here in the Stateline, in Winnebago, Boone, and Ogle counties.  I do my best to stay on top of the local economy, I network with local companies and local talented people.   The areas in which I recruit are primarily professional and includes engineering, procurement, supply chain, quality, EH&S and sales (inside and outside).
