We provide a wide range of home based care through licensed services, such as skilled nursing and wound care nurses. When therapy is needed, we deliver highly trained physical, occupational, and speech therapists to your door. Medical social services as well as home health aides are available. We can also coordinate in home care with other medical practices that will come to your home, such as palliative care and hospice. We work with many assisted living facilities across the region and can help with the transition from home to a facility. In the event that we identify needs for durable medical equipment such as walkers, hospital beds, pressure-relieving mattresses, we can assist with that as well. Your Medicare home health benefit covers intermittent skilled care in your home at no cost to you. We also accept some Medicare replacement plans, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield individual plans.
